Cubs are amazing 8 - 10.5 year olds!
Lively, inquisitive and sometimes noisy - Cubs enjoy all sorts of activities, indoors and outdoors. They work towards badges and awards both individually and in groups. They love camping, visits, games, craft and adventure. Sometimes they sing and dance around the campfire and they cook the most fabulously, tasty meals.
This term we have learnt to Morris Dance, made bird feeders, done some first aid, and had loads of fun and games. We have also raised £101.26 for Shelterbox and will be hearing all about Uganda on Red Nose Day.
The 23rd Didcot Cub group is led by Akela, helped by Keneu and Kaa. We have just been joined by a young leader who we will call Jacala.
We are always looking for other new faces to join us either as adult leaders or as Cub members.
